The Buying Process
- We meet and Create a "Wish List" based on your DNA (Desire, Needs and Affordability).
- We determine a budget that works for you and your family and
- We apply and secure a Mortage PreApproval
- The fun begins. I will do the research while you get your family ready for the big future.
- I will narrow down the properties matching your DNA and we tour homes at your convenience.
- We tour as many as we need to find the right property.
- You will know the moment you walk in the property if its the right place.
- We identify your best options and prepare the offers.
- We present offers based on the market research I do.
- Negotiate the contract until we agree on all terms.
- We keep negotiations open until offer is accepted and even after if needed.
- Finally we reach an agreement and you will be under contract at this point. YAY!
- After acceptance, we schedule inspections, I will take care of paperwork.
- I will manage transaction from beginning to closing.
- We will review inspection reports carefully and calculate cost of repairs.
- We negotiate based on results once again or accept results.
- We order Title work and Appraisal by Lender
- Once we meet all the requirements by lender, we schedule closing.
- We conduct a final walkthrough of the property to make sure its in the same condition.
- We close and at this point you are a new home owner. Keys will be given to you at this time.
